Un milione e mezzo di copie vendute per lo strategico in tempo reale targato Ubisoft

Michael de Plater di Ubisoft Shangai ha confermato a VideoGamer.com che la compagnia è al lavoro sul sequel di Tom Clacy's EndWar, strategico in tempo reale costruito intorno alle esigenze specifiche delle console.
Il secondo episodio della serie strategica, posizionata sotto il celebre marchio Tom Clancy, sarà realizzato da un team di dimensioni ridotte rispetto al primo capitolo; gli sviluppatori hanno intenzione però di risolvere alcuni dei problemi emersi in EndWar, su tutti la presentazione della campagna per giocatore singolo.
De Plater si è dichiarato soddisfatto delle vendite di Tom Clancy's Endwar, giunte a quota 1.5 milioni tra le varie versioni del gioco in commercio (PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, PlayStation Portable): "Abbiamo venduto più di Red Alert 3, Company of Heroes e di World in Conflict. Con Halo Wars (esclusiva Xbox 360, ndr), EndWar è il nuovo brand più importante degli ultimi 5 anni nel genere strategico".
